Looking for an experienced techno-functional team member as part of the IT team for managing the application support for core systems & deliver the ongoing changes.
1. To manage the application support & delivery of ongoing changes for policy admin system & its impacted applications within the organization
2. To monitor the productivity of systems/resources
3. To provide development support in order to expedite the ongoing delivery
4. To publish the status report on Daily, Weekly, & Monthly basis for better visibility
5. To manage the risks, compliance, & audit
6. Should get involved into process improvement & adherence
7. Should have fair understanding of Life Insurance Applications & Processes
8. Should have good understanding of application & DB servers required
9. Should have worked in end user environment.
10. Should have analytical & customer centric approach for managing the customer
11. Should have experience in managing IT Projects/Application support for PAS like Elixir, Ingenium, Life Asia, BANCS, etc.
Academic & Professional Experience :
1. BE./ B.Tech/ME/MCA/MCS/MBA with BSc IT/Comp Science
2. Professional Qualification desirable but not necessary, PRINCE2, PMP, CSM, Agile
3. Overall min 7-10 yrs. of experience in Life Insurance industry preferably
4. Min 3 - 4 yrs. of experience as Developer & Support into (JAVA, J2EE, EJB, ASP.Net, AS400)
5. Min 3-4 yrs. of experience into Oracle/SQL/DB2
