Manager - Process Excellence & Innovation
- S/he will be responsible to work on processes across functions impacting Customer Satisfaction, Revenue, Cost and Process Optimization delivering desired outcomes.
Job description :
1. Understand AS-IS state of a process, prepare flow charts, fish bone diagrams etc
2. Work on process excellence to eliminate Non Value Added (NVA) activities and process enhancement by applying tools and techniques of Six Sigma and Lean Sigma.
3. Execution of process excellence projects identified by using the right Project Management tools and methods,
4. Implement changes in the process together with business owners,
5. Deliver trainings in order to drive excellence, Quality methodologies, tools and techniques required for Process Excellence
6. Period audit of processes to give assurance that processes are as per set standards,
7. Ensure Certification of the team and larger audience for various certification programs of Six Sigma
Requirement :
- The candidate should be Engineer with certification in Six Sigma Black Belt. He should have worked in Process Excellence Team for 3-5 years in a large organization having fairly complex and long processes.
