Designation - Junior Manager/ Assistant Manager - HR
Role & Responsibility:
- Drive Performance Management cycle for the organization including goal setting, Midyear appraisal, annual appraisal, normalization process
- Drive Internal learning agenda basis TNI from PMS cycle
- Manage employee opinion survey process (participation; analytics; action planning)
- Custodian of HR SOP/ JD Manual/ KRA manual/ Policies.
Role: Junior Manager/ Assistant Manager
Reporting to : Sr. VP (HR)
Location: Lower Parel (5 mins walking from Lower parel & Currey road station)
- 2 Yrs Full time MBA is mandatory
