Assistant Manager
Business Partner role which will encompass Talent Acquisition, HR Programs & Analytic.
- Manage corporate recruitment
- Plan and execute HR programs in the areas of - Gender Diversity, Employee Survey, Competency Mapping etc
- Build awareness for existing HR programs and manage maximum participation from employees
- Exit Interview Management
- Benchmarking of HR reports as per Hewitt survey
- Drive Employee Connect
- Employee Engagement programs for corporate office in terms of Communication, Fun@Work, Health Awareness, Festivals, CSR etc.
Should be an MBA (full time) with 8+ years of experience in HR Generalist / Business Partner role.
