Assistant Manager - Complaints
Function: IGMS Complaints
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer grievances with 24 hours.
- Maintaining the Integrated Grievance Management System TAT to 2 days.
- Preparing and Publishing Internal & Regulatory MIS to stakeholders and IRDAI within stipulated timelines.
- Interactions with customers to understand their concern areas.
- Periodic Analysis on Complaints and Trends for presentations.
- Prior Experience in Customer Grievance Handling
Education: Graduation necessary, Post Graduation/ MBA desirable.
Experience: 4 + years experience in handling Customer grievances in Insurance Industry.
