IDBI Federal - Chief Manager - Strategy

Role & Responsibilities -

We are looking for Chief Manager–Strategy for Bancassurance Channel at Head Office @ Mumbai.

- Supports the development of bancassurance strategy and plans to strengthen the performance and effectiveness of the bancassurance channel.

- Assist Bancassurance team to identify and pursue opportunities to augment the Bancassurance distribution capacity with existing partners.

- Design Framework for Partnerships, Sales technique, Product identification, Market segmentation

- Undertakes market/financial research and data-mining to analyze trends and cull out strategic insights to aid management decision-making.

- Gather, track and analyze data from various primary and secondary resources and put together relevant reports and presentations outlining the key findings.

- Implementation of identified projects and execution of strategy for existing partner banks.

Experience and Background

To succeed in this demanding role you will need to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

- MBAs with 4-6 years of experience

- Current role in planning & corporate strategy for Bancassurance vertical in an Life Insurance Company

- High problem solving skills

- Strong numerical, analytical and strategic thinking skills
