We currently have an opportunity at IDBI Federal Life Insurance for the role of Chief Manager - Customer Retention in the Operations Team. This is a team handling role. The profile would report to AVP Customer Retention & Claims  The Key Accountabilities for the role are as below:  - Manage the Persistency cell to ensure maximization of customer and asset retention and revenue from customers for all Sales Channels across PAN India  - Analyzing information from the field, developing, forecasting and proactively executing plans to ensure a structured and continuous focus on persistency at all possible customer contact points in the enforce policy base   - Developing predictive models based on analytics to predict the life cycle behaviour of products across all channels  - Developing strategies & models with various Vendors for Data Analytics & Customer Engagement for higher Business retention & improving the overall persistency  - Analyzing, forecasting, developing and managing Campaigns - initiatives & programs to increase focus on persistency based on Data analysis leading to various successful campaigns  - Constant engagement with the Sales force across PAN India for all channels  - Setting up the cell for - No advisor - customers & developing special strategies in order to service & retain them  - Developing the Specific customer engagement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction & leading to higher retention & overall persistency  - Strategizing & creating the customer engagement model for all sales channels and providing direction to the outbound persistency telecalling unit within the Call Centre  - Leveraged digitization initiatives like SMS/IVR communication, along with devising methods to streamline customer interfaces and payment touch points  - Defining and identifying parameters and critical processes along with different teams in the organization such as Finance/Planning, Sales, Marketing, Operations, IT   - Formulating & developing the Score card models for different Sales Channels, products, regions, agents, agencies, banks, AMs  - Preparation and dissemination of MIS related to persistency for Senior Management, Channels, Regulators and performance reporting at periodic intervals   - Benchmarking retention activities and subsequent results with competition  In case you are interested in this opportunity or want to discuss the position in detail please revert with your updated resume  Steena D'Souza Human Resources IDBI Federal Life Insurance Co.
