IDBI Federal - Assistant Manager/Manager - Alliances & Broking

- Identify & develop opportunities for building distribution footprint of IDBI Federal by forging alliances with financial intermediaries across various categories and segments such as banks, NBFCs, Housing Finance Companies, MFIs, etc

- Ensure that IDBI Federal participates in all tenders, RFPs, RFQs and presentations sought by prospective distribution partners

- Achieve targets set for the brokers assigned in a geography

- Develop and strengthen business relationship with the branch in-charges and other local personnel of the brokers to enhance sales performance

- Drive local sales promotional activities

- Ensure availability of sales literature and collaterals with the brokers by coordinating with the broker branch and IDBI Federal HO
