Job description

The position is responsible for acting as Leader in order to take crucial financial decisions and provide strategic financial input to senior management, in order to drive the development of strategic business and financial plans in alignment with overall corporate goals.

Roles& Responsibilities :

1. Serving as a lead point of contact for Accounts Department by implementing SOPs regarding accounts related process.

2. Automation and real-time visibility of stocks, reminders, reports, incentives, appraisals, due payments and ODs.

3. Vendor management and configuration of fix Terms of Payment.

4. Fund and Cash flow management with regular monitoring of fund availability.

5. Preparing Annual Business Plan, Department Budgets and Financial MIS Access.

6. Creating Incentive Plans and setting Sales Target by establishing criteria for Appraisals on auto mode.

7. Ensuring timely preparation of Accounting Statements by adhering to Legal Compliances.

8. Collating Monthly Financial Budgeting Reports with accurate analysis and forecast.

9. Deciding Credit terms and handling non-payment and bad debt cases.

10. Providing assistance to sales team regarding Tender and Vendor management.

11. Moderating and intervening regarding EMD/ Bank Guarantee against Tender/ Sales team.

12. Recovery action against long standing creditors and filing cases on MSME Samadhan portal.

13. Managing Skill Development projects by tracking monthly targets and intervening on issues.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. The candidate should be CA Qualified with proven work experience as an Accounts Manager or relevant role.

2. S/He should have rich knowledge of bank reconciliation, accounts receivable, & accounts payable, handling invoices and payments with vendors.

3. The candidate should be tech savvy and well versed with CRM & Expense software and MS Office.

4. The candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
