Job Description:
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team.
- As the Business Development Manager for IT Solution Sales, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities within the IT sector.
-Your primary focus will be on selling our comprehensive suite of IT solutions to businesses across various industries.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base within the IT sector.
- Provide detailed proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients.
- Work closely with the delivery team to ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects.
- Handling a team of BDE & Inside Sales representatives Involved in training, mentoring and management of individual team members to help them achieve their individual & team targets.
- Ability and experience to get connected at senior management levels of Client Organizations (CEO, VP & Director levels).
- Identify and qualify new leads through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop compelling sales pitches, presentations, and proposals tailored to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders at target accounts.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+years of experience in IT solution sales, with a proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Understanding of the Challenger Sale's methodology, outbound prospecting, target account management, call coaching, email writing, and usage of social media in prospecting and securing appointments.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quarterly sales targets
- Strong understanding of IT products and services, including software, hardware, cloud solutions, and managed services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Ability to negotiate contracts and agreements.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience selling IT solutions to enterprise-level clients.
- Existing network of contacts within the IT industry.
- Advanced degree or certifications related to sales or IT
