Position Title : Relationship Manager-Auto Loans

Location : Pan India

Grade: AM I/ AM II

Job Responsibilities:

- Managing Auto Loans through Car Dealers, DSA's & DST

- Empanelment of new car Dealer, DSA and DST in the market

- Accountable for Sales performance and productivity of team

- Conducting training for all the channels and team on product, policy and market changes

- Managing business promotional activities with channels

- Responsible for tracking channels and team for quality sourcing and healthy portfolio

- Interacting with the credit team, and getting business approvals

- Keeping close watch on competitor product, policy and market strategy

Key Skills:

- Ability to gauge the pulse of the market to track and empanel emerging car dealers

- Ability to put forth a strong case to the credit team and use persuasive skills to get approvals

- Ability to motivate , guide and pushing channels and team to drive volumes and growth

Educational Qualification: Graduate /MBA Full Time

Work Experience: 4-7 years experience
