Position Title: Regional Head – Sales, Rural and Inclusive Banking Group
Locations: Pan India
Grade: MM I/ MM II/ CM I
Job Description:
- Monitoring the portfolio of Farm Asset team & Self Help group team
- Supervision of the activities of the Sales & Relationship team and Dairy (Corporate linked)
- Identification of NGOs, assessment and recommendation, Empanelment note preparation
- To focus on Relationship Management with Dairy, Dealers and Manufacturers across the territory
- Working in close coordination with state level officials -NABARD, SLBC, DLCC etc
- Monitoring of Dairy and KCC business
- Regular collection and Delinquency management
- Closure of deal and final disbursement of loans- Agri Loan, Vehicle Loan, Farm Finance etc
Key Skills:
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with all the stakeholders involved either directly or indirectly in the business
- Ability to adhere to the compliance and regulatory norms laid down for the business and ensure strict adherence to those norms
Educational Qualification: Graduate/ MBA Full Time
Work Experience: 6-14 years experience
