Position Title :Privilege Banker- Retail Banking Group
Location: Pan India
Grade: AM I/ AM II
Job Responsibilities:
- Servicing the requests of PB Customers
- Generating Sales (lead generation, updation and fulfillment) from the PB customers walking into the branch based on the sales philosophy-“earn the right to sell by resolving the service request of the customer”
- Sales (updation and fulfillment) through leads generated by other branch staff from general banking customers
- Managing relationship with the ‘Managed Account’ holders with a view to enhance CASA, manage retention, and add more family members to this group of managed accounts as well as increasing the product holding of these customers
Key Skills:
- Ability to build and manage relationships within and outside the organization
- Ability to proactively respond to the leads generated through various sources to enlarge the client pool
- Ability to gauge and understand the needs of the PB customers to provide customised service to the customer
Eligibility: Graduates / MBA Full Time
Work Experience: 7 years and above experience
