Title: Manager Department: Signature Club
Reports to: Area Sales Manager
Job Location:Mumbai
Job Objective: To acquire Ultra HNI Clients, developing relationship with them by way of transaction and engaging the customer. The aim is to acquire HNI’s corporate business as well.
Responsibilities:
- Acquire, develop & sustain relationship with HNI’s which may include CEO's, MD's, Promoters Art collectors,etc.
- Thrust on meeting both Qualitative and Quantitative business targets. - Manage personal and business insurance portfolio of High profile clients.
- Organizing, attending and remaining up to date with high profile events.
- Understanding client requirements and customization of insurance products.
- Liaising with clients & internal verticals such as product, re-insurance & underwriting teams.
- Developing strategy for acquiring clients that ensures attainment of signature club sales goals and profitability. Job Specifications:
- MBA (Sales/Marketing) from Tier I/II Institutes.
- The candidate should have a flair for sales, excellent Communication skills, high on initiative, results orientation, good relationship building, & presentation skills.
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
- Most important of all is that the candidate must be smart enough to arrange an appointment with the HNI as most of our customers don’t give appointments easily.
