Sales Manager - Geographical Structure
Job Responsibilities;
- The role holder will primarily manage the sales team and drive strategy; planning and implementing the sales plan to achieve the desired sales objectives for the assigned area/channel.
Job Profile:
- Build up the distribution channel (channel partners / bank partners / direct sales team) at the location.
- Responsible for sales budget and portfolio profitability of the business sourced from relevant channels in the location.
- Responsible for recruitment and management of relevant sales channels at the locations.
- Manage the partner relation at location level and co-ordinate internally with various functions to ensure efficient delivery of day to day service requirements.
- Manage a team in effective delivery of services.
Education Requirements: MBA, Preferably (marketing).
Age Criteria: 25-30 Years
Mandatory requirements:
- The stability factor, comm. Skills, team handling abilities
- For Sales Mgr – (If MBA (Tier 1 and 2) 1 to 4 Yrs exp) If (MBA (Tier 3 and 4) 5 to 7 Yrs 2006 Batch or earlier.)
- No 2013 pass outs
