General Description of the Job :
- The role holder will primarily manage the sales team and drive strategy; planning and implementing the sales plan to achieve the desired sales objectives for the assigned area/channel.
Role & Responsibilities :
- Business Development through channel or direct sales – scouting for new business, management of existing business, identifying new avenues of business growth
- Relationship building with Bancassurance partners, manufacturers, Dealers and Key Direct Accounts
- Process understanding and compliance
- Managing team of USM
Education Requirements
- MBA Having 3-5 yrs work experience
