- Achieving assigned PMS target through intermediaries mapped to him and intermediaries acquired by the USM.
- Acquiring new channels & strategic customers on a regular basis and tracking activation of the same.
- Handling all the retail products across the portfolio including health, property and motor.
- To have a thorough knowledge of non motor products like, Fire, Workman Compensation and Group Health Insurance, etc.
- Maintaining relationship with super strategic clients in order to retain them.
- Coordinating with other departments such as U/W, Claims, & Operations.
- To achieve product-wise volume and value targets and thereby maintaining a required product mix.
- To solve problems/issues proactively and develop a strong relationship with the channels
