Retail Group: Band IV A , Sales Manager
General Description of the Job
The role holder will primarily manage the sales team and drive strategy; planning and implementing the sales plan to achieve the desired sales objectives for the assigned area/channel.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build up the distribution channel (channel partners / bank partners / direct sales team) at the location.
- Responsible for sales budget and portfolio profitability of the business sourced from relevant channels in the location.
- Responsible for recruitment and management of relevant sales channels at the locations.
- Manage the partner relation at location level and co-ordinate internally with various functions to ensure efficient delivery of day to day service requirements.
- Manage a team in effective delivery of services.
Education Requirements
- MBA, Preferably (marketing).
- Having 4 - 6 yrs work experience.
