Sales Manager- Agency
Age Criteria - 25yrs to 28 yrs
General Description of the Job:
The role holder will primarily manage the sales team and drive strategy; planning and implementing the sales plan to achieve the desired sales objectives for the assigned area/channel.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Achieving assigned PMS target through intermediaries mapped to him and intermediaries acquired by the USM.
- Acquiring new channels on a regular basis. Licensing and tracking activation of the same regularly.
- Handling all the retail products across the portfolio including health, property and motor.
- Maintaining relationships with the key channel partners.
- Coordinating with other departments such as U/W, Claims, & Operations.
- To achieve product-wise volume and value targets and thereby maintaining a required product mix.
- To solve problems/issues proactively and develop a strong relationship with the channels
- To meet agents, Lead Providers, intermediaries on a regular basis and maintaining records of the same in a planned manner.
- Coordinating with all team members in planning and conducting advisor meets, health camps, eye check up camps and other marketing activities on a regular basis.
Education Requirements
- MBA preferably (Marketing)
- Experience in Sales- 1-3 years
