ICICI Lombard - Recruitment Specialist - XLRI/TISS

We are looking at hiring Recruitment Specialist

The role and responsibilities of the incumbent would be:

- Handling end to end recruitment for ICICI Lombard GIC across India across levels

- Sourcing through job boards

- Screening of cvs

- Evaluating the candidature as per laid norms and role fitment

- Interviews and offer discussion

- Hiring within TAT bearing minimum recruitment costs

- Liaising with vendors for timely closure of vacancies

- Manage the employee referral programme for effective recruitment

- Innovate and develop new recruitment channels

- Create dashboard and analyse data to understand the recruitment pattern

- Analyse process gaps and implement changes

- Work on various HR projects and new initiatives

Education Qualification : MBA from - XLRI, JBIMS, SP Jain, ISB, NMIMS, IIFT, MDI, Sydenham, XIMB, TISS, SIBM, XISS, IMT (N & G), SIMS, SIIB, SCMHRD, TAPMI, BIM Trichy, ICFAI (H), Nirma, IMI, K.J.Somaiya
