Job description

- Managing product launches and close new process launches

- Lead in managing the distribution projects and support for Financial Institution tie-ups

- Lead Relationship Management with Product Managers and Sales teams

- Execute engagement program for the relationships

- Driving innovation with the partners and internal stakeholders

- Driving Product penetration and critical projects for relationships

- Support acquisition of new partners

- On-boarding of new partners

- Compliance management for the relationships

- Driving Digital Strategies including IT architecture and integration for the partnerships

- Manage escalations and close related processes

Ideal Candidate

- MBA with 4 to 7 years of experience

- Having experience in General Insurance or Bancassurance of 1+ years

- Understanding of GI / Bancassurance Processes
