General Description of the Job :
The role holder will primarily manage the sales team and drive strategy; planning and implementing the sales plan to achieve the desired sales objectives for the assigned area/channel.
Role & Responsibilities
- Responsible for achieving business targets through tele sales mode
- Manage a team of 2-3 TLS/USMs in turn managing 20-30 TSOs with an avg. business potential of min. 30 lacs GWP
- Responsible for recruitment/training of TSOs/TLs
- Responsible for effective manpower/workstation mgt
- Responsible for process and quality compliance
- Closely work with ops for seamless booking
