Responsibilities:
- Sourcing new corporate business through brokers / direct / market reference.
- Increasing the market share and penetration by acquisition of Large Corporates.
- Servicing existing clientele and up selling / cross selling other products fire, marine, liability etc.
- Co-ordination with U/W team for quotations, policies, coverage terms.
- Actively liaising with external / internal stakeholders towards structuring large and specialized product deals.
- Portfolio Management responsible for ensuring healthy product mix and managing overall profitability of the portfolio keeping in line overall organizational needs and future growth expectations.
Prerequisites:
- Basic understanding of Insurance and Corporate Sales.
- Good with analytical and presentation skills using MS- Office Packages.
- Go getter and attitude to achieve the deadlines.
- Candidates should be full time MBA Tier colleges.
