- Managing a team of Sales Managers/Relationship Managers/ marketing Officers covering an industry segment or geographical areas in any region.

Role & Responsibilities

- Responsible for increasing our share of business by offering entire range of our products.

- Responsible for overall profitability of the portfolio under him keeping in mind underwriting constraints, overall organizational needs and future growth expectations

- This will also need smooth coordination with other depts. Such as underwriting, reinsurance, products specialists and accounts.

- Expected to help MO’s/ RM in their training & career development needs and help identify future leaders
