Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

- Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with the company's overall business objectives.

Operational Excellence:

- Oversee and optimize operational processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Team Management:

- Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

- Recruit, develop, and retain top talent to strengthen the team's capabilities.

- Delegate tasks effectively and provide guidance and support to team members.

Financial Management:

- Manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial targets are met.

- Analyze financial performance and identify areas for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.

Regulatory Compliance:

- Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and guidelines.

- Develop and implement robust compliance frameworks to mitigate risks.

Stakeholder Management:

- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators, partners, and clients.

- Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, presenting complex information in a clear and concise manner.

Qualifications and Experience

- Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

- 10+ years of experience in the insurance industry, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.

- Proven track record of leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong financial acumen and analytical abilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- In-depth knowledge of insurance products, processes, and regulations.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
