Role Overview:

- Oversee and optimize operational processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

- Manage and mitigate operational risks to minimize potential losses.
Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Recruit, develop, and retain top talent to strengthen the team's capabilities.
- Delegate tasks effectively and provide guidance and support to team members.
Financial Management:
- Manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial targets are met.

Qualifications and Experience
- Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in the insurance industry, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong financial acumen and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of insurance products, processes, and regulations.
