- Business Development through channel or direct sales – scouting for new business, management of existing business, identifying new avenues of business growth
- Relationship building with Bancassurance partners, manufacturers, Dealers and Key Direct Accounts
- Process understanding and compliance
- Managing team of USM
Candidate Profile:
- Full time MBAs from top B schools with work-ex exclusively in Institutional Sales/Channel Sales - experience of 2 to 10 yrs, Post MBA.(2012 and previous batches)
- The candidate should have a flair for sales, high on initiative, results orientation, good relationship building, analytical & presentation skills.
- Prior experience in General Insurance/ Corporate Banking will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
- Strong analytical ability.
