General Description of the Job:
The role holder will primarily manage the sales team and drive strategy; planning and implementing the sales plan to achieve the desired sales objectives for the assigned area/channel.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop the bank channel for home insurance cross- sell at the location.
- Responsible for sales budget and portfolio profitability across all the product groups of the business sourced from bank channels through the location
- Conduct training of the bank channel members on new products, process roll-out and thereafter conduct refresher modules.
- Manage the bank relation at location level and day to day service requirements
Education Requirements
- MBA or PG with 3-5 years experience preferably in channel sales.
Preferred Behavioral Traits
- Confident, logical thinker, organized, creative
Preferred Functional Requirements
- Product management experience. Exposure to the internet.
- Retail sales experience would be a advantage.
