Role & Responsibilities :
- Develop and manage the partner channel for insurance cross -sell at the location
- Responsible for sales budget and portfolio profitability across all the product groups of the business sourced from partner channels through the location
- Conduct training of the partner channel members on new products, process rollout and thereafter conduct refresher modules
- Responsible for Motor, health premium generation through channel partners.
- Manage team of SM's and USM's
Incumbent should possess atleast 5 yrs of post MBA experience in Channel sales.
Preference would be given to candidates from general insurance/ BFSI background.
