General Description of the Job -
Managing a team of Sales Managers/Relationship Managers/ marketing Officers covering an industry segment or geographical areas in any region. Dealing with clients in the BFSI domains (Banks and other financial institutions)
Role & Responsibilities
- To lead a group of SMs/Mos/ RMs to achieve corporate business in a given industry segment/ geographical area or a group of financial institutions allocated for this purpose. (Mainly Financial Institutions and NBFC's)
- Responsible for increasing our share of business by offering entire range of our products.
- Responsible for overall profitability of the portfolio under him keeping in mind underwriting constraints, overall organizational needs and future growth expectations
- This will also need smooth coordination with other depts. Such as underwriting, reinsurance, products specialists and accounts.
- Expected to help MO’s/ RM in their training & career development needs and help identify future leaders
- Minimum 4-7 years post MBA experience preferably in insurance, banking, service industry with interaction at senior level wil be given preference
MBA's from top colleges with relevant experience can apply for the same.
