Managing a team of Relationship Managers/ Sales Managers covering an industry segment or geographical areas in any region
Role & Responsibilities
- To lead a group of SMs/ RMs to achieve corporate business in a given industry segment/ geographical area or a group of companies allocated for this purpose.
- Responsible for increasing our share of business by offering entire range of our products.
- Responsible for overall profitability of the portfolio under him keeping in mind underwriting constraints, overall organizational needs and future growth expectations
- This will also need smooth coordination with other depts. Such as underwriting, reinsurance, products specialists and accounts.
- Expected to help SMs/ RM in their training & career development needs and help identify future leaders
We need people with more than 5 years post MBA experience, from tier campuses only.
2010-2013 batch MBAs are not eligible.
