Designation: Assistant Manager / Manager - Elite Trade & Relationship Group
Objective:
- To deliver the highest standards in service to our customers
- To manage Commercial/ Trade & Current account Relationships in Business Banking Segment.
Key Deliverables:
- To acquire New Trade Finance and Forex Clients.
- Activation of Existing Clients to start their Trade and Forex Transactions
- Focused approach towards achievement of respective income and acquisition plan
- Acquisition of Corporate Customers for Forex and Trade Services
- Achieving revenue targets by selling various products (for e.g.: CA / CMS / Trade Finance / Business Banking / General Insurance / SB / FD / Business Credit Cards / Prepaid Cards / other banking or third party products etc)
- Marketing and Product Visible Training
- Regular Branch, Client, Staff Visits/Interaction and Queries Resolution
- Retention of Existing clients and Enhancement of Trade/Forex Business
- Income and Scorecard Achievement
Skills and Abilities:
- Good Knowledge of Trade products and services
- Relationship Building and cross selling capabilities.
- Good Communication & Sales Skills.
- Self starter and self motivated
- Outstanding presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Service focused
- Ability to achieve targets under defined timelines
Exp - 3 to 8 yrs
Qualification - Any Management. Having Sales Experience
CTC Offered: 5-9 lacs per annum
Location - All metros and tier 2 cities
