I. Should be handling various aspects of Treasury Front Office Applications
Product Management:
i) Serve the role of a Business Analyst in managing the Front Office Treasury application built to cater Bank's Dealers as well as its Customers
ii) Responsible for handling business requirements related to new projects, enhancements, bug fixes of the applications
iii) Calculate returns expected from the project.
iv) Understanding system functionalities and basis map user requirements and provide solutions
v) Lead discussions with vendors / internal IT team, for project scoping, planning, documentation, costs, timelines and delivery
vi) Review functional documents, prepare solution documents, getting signoff on the requirements from relevant stakeholders, review test cases, configuring systems, conducting UAT with the stakeholders & oversee Implementation
Customer service perspective:
i) Conduct demos for customers as well as internal sales team, ensuring the system features are well informed to stakeholders
ii) Ensure smooth functioning of systems at all time. Resolve issues by coordinating with relevant teams.
Product Control & Process Management:
i) Incorporate new processes or document any changes to existing process into the product note and ensure adherence of the same.
ii) Stay involved in all the application regular maintenance related activities and ensure minimal impact on business (OS patching/ Security fixes/ DR drill etc.,)
iii) Ensure proper tracking of issues and quick closures.
iv) Keeping abreast with market / regulatory developments and best practices pertaining to Market and Credit Risk
Reports & Analysis:
i) Generate required reports & conduct regular market benchmarking
ii) Competition analysis
iii) Well versed with Pivots/charts, PPT & excel
