Job Profile : Trade Finance (1)

- Work with the Relationship Team for doing on-boarding of new customers for Trade Credit Customers

- Engage with relationship teams for managing on-boarding Financial Institutions

- Working with IFIG(International Financial Institutions Group), IBG TSU(Trade Services Unit) and IBG COPS for resolving any issue pertaining to Credit Approvals, Issuance of CAL, documentation for Limit Set up and disbursement of sanctioned facilities

- Working with IFIG, IBG TSU and IBG COPS for post disbursement activities- portfolio monitoring, interest/commission billing and reconciliation and repayment

- Collaboration with internal stakeholders - Legal, Compliance, CMOG, IFIG, TSU, COPS for resolving outstanding pending compliance, security/covenant matters.

- Regular update & closure of pending compliance by working with the branch RM and business RM, Branch Compliance teams.

- Be updated about the evolving changes in the Trade Credit Products related AML and KYC frameworks as per RBI and key overseas locations.

Candidate Profile (M-I/II) :

- 4-8 years of experience with good exposure to Trade finance, and FI bilateral and syndicated loan disbursement and monitoring process.

- Understanding of AML, KYC risk profile & regulatory treatment of Trade Credit and Loans and Liability products associated with Trade Services

- Understanding of SWIFT settlements -Inward, outward, NOSTRO A/c monitoring

- Strong knowledge in management of trade transaction risks, pricing, accounting and reporting

- Working with CSE and IBG TSU and COPS for any customer related issues in a/c servicing, loan settlement, Interest billing etc

- MBA from a premier business school or Chartered Accountant by qualification.

- Ability to deal with and communicate with all levels

- Strong analytical skills and general technology skills and awareness.

- Highly motivated, disciplined and ability to work in team environment.
