Regional Head Sales -Salary & TASC  Reports to: Regional Head Salary & TASC  Positions Reporting to Role:  Sales managers/Relationship managers Salary, TASC  Job Role and Responsibilities:  - Assess and identify sales opportunities  - Get new mandates for New client acquisition  - Manage budgets and allocate funds properly  - Maintain productivity of the RMs and Sales Officers (SOs)  - Meet the business targets  - Direct all operational activities on a day-to day basis  - Generate leads for new business and customers through continuous sales promotions  - Customer Retention through attachment and Cross-Sell  - Provide training to the RMs directly and subsequently sales Officers (SOs)  Deliverables:  - Achieve CASA targets for new clients and existing clients. The targets to each of the SMs shall be based on the regional trend and target  - Accounts sourcing in PSU/Govt/Deemed/Defence/Companion A/c/Pension A/c   - Achieve sales targets  - Provide support to the RMs and sales officer (SOs)  - Maintain stability in smooth-functioning of the activities in branch  - Maintain knowledge on all bank products and services and assist to resolve customer queries  Skills and Competencies:  - Product process knowledge  - Sales skills, target achievement orientation  - Knowledge of the current account and sales techniques  - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills  - Good leadership and the ability to motivate  - Team Handling skills  Educational Qualifications:   - Graduation/ MBA
