Product Manager: Retail Products :RETAIL BANKING

Area of Responsibilities :

- Able to understand the customer need and competition and design product offerings meeting the customer requirement

- Run projects for making products and processes leaner and user friendly

- Use the existing data and design offerings resulting in conversions and increased market share

- Conduct customer and competitor research to enhance call centre and marketing campaigns performance

- Track and optimize call center performance through regular reviews and voice of customer calls, refine complain management processes and promote self-service by working in close cooperation with Product management team colleagues

- Design and initiate customer engagement campaigns to optimize conversion / activation rates for new / inactive customers and execute them through phone banking team; Enable the phone banking team with required tools such as calling script so as to maximize customer response

- Work with internal stakeholders such as Business, Marketing, Technology, Compliance and Legal, Analytics to ensure high performance and compliance with regulations

- Manage vendors and in-house staff to ensure they deliver on time and within budget
