ICICI Bank - Product Manager - Payment Modernization

Requirement:

MUST:

- Should have background and experience of minimum One year working in clearing and payment products and systems SWIFT, RTGS,IMPS ,EFT

- Should have worked on projects and have basic knowledge of project planning and deployment

Key deliverables :

Payments Modernization-RTR and ISO 20022 projects and any other in payments area,

Responsible for overall success of the project/program, by leading/supporting/driving all the aspects.

a) Plan, advise, track, align internal deliverables and milestones with Industry

b) Responsible for overall project life cycle with initiation/requirement gathering, gap analysis, collaborate with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders at onsite & offshore for built, testing, implementation

c) Liaison with internal teams for resource planning, preparation of test environment of downstream systems, signoff and go-live

d) Preparation of test execution plan, test cases with Industry participants and coordinate with internal teams for understanding, execution and delivery

e) Track training progress and completion by all teams

f) Ensure completion and compliance of all key deliverables for various checkpoints in industry readiness/roadmap for implementations
