The Product Manager will be responsible for operationalizing the strategy, creating the execution roadmap, developing customer-centric features and create a product portfolio which is best in class. The position entails product development, marketing, driving product profitability Key capabilities include working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams to design, collaborate with multiple stakeholders, build and roll-out products aligned to customer needs and aligned to the strategic objectives of the Elite Trade Relations Group business at ICICI Bank Ltd. The center of product development will be superior to the customer experience. Key Responsibilities: a) Engaging with CMS agencies for the structuring of CMS deals, negotiating pricing b) Working with Legal, Compliance, Ops, Currency chest, branches, and designing and re-engineering of processes c) Policy note drafting and clearing it with relevant committee d) Developing new functionalities with Technology team e) Driving fees and CASA by increasing offering of CMS and facilitating branches on the product f) Synergy with branches to increase wallet share of ERV customers g) Training to branches and creating awareness
