Job Profile - Manager - Institutional Clients and Forex Markets

- Work with the Relationship Team in India and overseas for acquisition, on- boarding and relationship management of Funds , AIFs, FPIs and Banks and other Financial Institutions

- Smooth on boarding of clients (eg. AML / KYC completion) and vice a versa i.e. ensure that clients are able to on board us as a bank.

- Reviewing the on boarding process at timely intervals to ensure we are aligned with market standards.

- Ongoing customer due diligence to be done at regular intervals as per banks framework

- Negotiation and finalization of ISDA and CSA with institutional clients, coordination with internal stakeholders eg. legal, tax, accounts and risk teams to take required approvals for execution

- Collaboration and coordination with internal stakeholders such as treasury middle and back office and credit middle office to set up limits on the institutions, post execution of documents.

- Collaboration and coordination with all internal stakeholders to ensure all policies and frameworks for the above mentioned activities are adhered to at all times

- Working on credit sanction process for various products and customer segments

- Actively engage in developing policies and processes to improve efficiency for the above

- Meet prospective and existing clients to develop business and offer treasury solutions

- Meet prospective and existing clients to develop business and offer treasury solutions and contribute to the Bank's revenues

- Be updated about the evolving changes in the Global Market products, Capital Markets/Custodial Services related AML and KYC frameworks as per RBI, IFSCA and key overseas locations.

- Undertake projects and assignment as provided by supervisor

- Contribute actively to meet Bank's growth targets

Candidate Profile (CMI)

- 4-8 years of experience with exposure to FX Products and handling / working in FI, FPIs, AIFs, AMCs Understanding of credit, AML, KYC and regulatory requirements of of FI, FPIs, AIFs, AMCs

- MBA from a premier business school or Chartered Accountant by qualification.

- Ability to deal with and communicate at all levels

- Strong analytical skills and general technology skills and awareness.

- Highly motivated, disciplined and ability to work in a team environment.
