ICICI - Area Manager - Corporate Sales

Job Profile: B.Tech+ MBA is a compulsory requirement. (Natives of Chennai would be preferred)

- Interaction with top management/ decision making authorities of existing/ new business corporate clients specifically in construction and heavy industries.

- Business Development/ Relationship Management and Customer retention

- Servicing the need of Corporates for general insurance products

- Responsible for increasing our share of business by offering entire range of our products.

- Responsible for overall profitability of the portfolio under him keeping in mind underwriting constraints, overall organizational needs and future growth expectations

- This will also need smooth coordination with other depts. Such as underwriting, reinsurance, products specialists and accounts.

Candidate Profile:

- B.Tech+ MBA is a compulsory requirement. MBA must be in Marketing (Top B Schools) with strong sales background with an experience of 4 to 8 yrs

- The candidate should have a flair for sales, high on initiative, results orientation, good relationship building, analytical & presentation skills.

- Full time MBAs from top B schools with work-ex exclusively in Corporate/ Institutional Sales

- Prior experience in General Insurance/ Corporate Banking will be an advantage though not mandatory.

- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.

- Strong analytical ability.
