Fund raise / Sourcing quality deal flow of star ups

Responsibilities of the Analyst include:

1. Assessments of both new and follow on investment opportunities:

- Identify and evaluate potential new investments for www.ice.vc in a wide variety of sectors with the capability to produce strong triple bottom line returns

- Track and manage pipeline of new potential investments

- Develop detailed financial models and projections to enable and support investment decision making

- Perform market research and competitive analysis

- Draft investment cases and business plans to support process of making new investments

2. Due diligence and investment documentation for both new and follow- on investments:

- Conduct due diligence on potential investment opportunities

- Manage process of deal documentation, legal review, financial administration

- Collaborate with legal counsel, accountants, auditors and other service providers to manage investment to closing

3. Analysis to support existing portfolio company growth and Financial Reporting: - Support the team

4. Update fund model tracking capital deployed and reserves available for new and follow on investments - Manage production of quarterly reports to Limited Partners

5. Fund Administration : Support investment team on administrative needs including scheduling meetings with entrepreneurs for new investments, coordinating meetings with portfolio company management teams

6. Network and Knowledge development - Contribute to building knowledge in the field of social and environ-mental impact through innovative for profit business models
