About IBM Security : IBM Security Systems is a proven leader across security domains. IBM's Identity and Access Management portfolio helps protect valuable data and applications with context-based access control, security policy enforcement and business-driven identity governance.

Who you are:

This is a customer facing role with delivering technical professional services for IBM Identity and Governance solutions. Practitioner will participate in business and technical requirements gathering to develop Identity and Governance solutions and Implement the solution. This would include demonstrated understanding of User life cycle management, role based access, Identity Governance, directory management to translate client's business requirements into specific system, application or process designs.

This position requires IT consulting skills with the ability to act as a trusted client advisor and the ability to shift smoothly between roles as advisory team member, team technical lead, and project lead as required. Candidates should have demonstrated organizational and Good communications skills

What you'll do:

This Identity, Access Management and Governance Consultant role would include,

- Requirements gathering, Scoping, Planning and Architecture for IBM Identity and Governance solutions

- Solution Design and implementation of IBM Identity and Governance solutions

- Managing delivery of services as per scope specified in Statement of Work, Work with customer teams to control scope creep

- Provide deep technical expertise to ensure IBM Identity and Governance solutions are deployed and operating to deliver the technical and business results required by the customer

- To act as trusted client advisor

- Deliver education on IBM Security solutions

Required Professional and Technical Expertise :

- Installation and Configuration of ISAM and FIM products

- Advanced understanding of LDAP Concepts and deep knowledge of IBM Security Directory Server

- Knowledge of Appliance offerings for ISAM

- Creating WebSEAL reverse proxy instances, configuring, and integration with different client applications.

- Knowledge of extension points of IBM Access Management solution

- Advanced Access Control and Federation module of ISAM

- Advanced skills in Installation, configuration, customization, integration and troubleshooting of Security Access Manager and Federated Identity Manager

- Representational State Transfer (REST) interfaces

- One-time password, Risk-based access and other Multi-Factor Authentication features of FIM/ISAM

Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise :

- Java development such as custom Extended Authentication Interface (EAI) for ISAM, etc.

- Knowledge of Authorization delegation and Federation protocols (SAML,OAuth, OpenID-Connect)

- Installation, Configuration and administration of middleware of IBM DB2, IBM WebSphere Application Server

- Linux/Unix administration skills

- Best practices for IAM implementation

- Experience in Java Programming, Scripting

- Good Communication and leadership skills

- Experience in Tivoli Access Manager (TAM) to ISAM migration/upgrade

- 2 years of experience in Integrating LDAP directories with ISAM and FIM

- Working knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware is a plus

Job Location : Bangalore, Delhi NCR, Mumbai

Travel Required : Upto 60 - 65 %
