Who you are :
The person will be responsible to build pipeline for Microsoft deals and take them to conclusion. Focus will be on sales and pipeline building.
What you will do :- Drive solutioning for complex deals involving multiple LOB and brands as part of RFI, RFP and formal deal processes.
- Ability to assess clients environment, identify business opportunities and propose solutions
- Ability to lead independently pre -sales stage during due -diligence, Information gathering, analyzing the requirements of clients, crafting solutions and preparing proposal.
- Define solution architecture, building on synergies and consensus across service lines and across mobile application development, management and integration technologies.
- Well versed with solution design methods, technical estimation, project & resource planning activities of new application implementation and maintenance projects
- Work with business stakeholders and project managers to understand gaps in clients existing IT landscape and applications and recommend to-be solutions
- Ability to envision a transformation roadmap that aligns with the strategic and tactical direction of the client
- Assist delivery teams during post -sales during recruiting right team members, transition, training, and stabilizing the projects.
- Ability to solves complex, cross functional and cross architectural issues in Microsoft

Required Expertise :- Pre-sales, Solutioning and project delivery of Microsoft solutions
- Will be responsible in building opportunity pipeline in respective areas and then pursuing the opportunity to result in signing.
- Would also need to solution the opportunity with correct effort estimate and skills required to deliver the solution.
- Post signing, he/she would be responsible in overseeing delivery as per solution.
- Will be responsible along with the team to implementation of the specific module for clients.
- They will have to lead IBM as well as client team members in completion of tasks towards achievement of goals.
Preferred Expertise :- 15 to 20 years of total experience in consulting
- End to end implementation experience with Indian clients
- Good communication skills.
- Open to travel outside base location for considerable periods of time.
