Skills Required:
- At least 4 years hands on experience in JDE Finance functional along with job cost & Contract, service Billing modules
- Graduate / Post graduate/CA / ICWA/ CPA in Finance with Exposure/knowledge in Service / MFG industry domains
- Should have experience in four Oracle JDE Enterprise
- One Projects (Implementation or Roll Outs or Support or Upgrade) as functional consultant.
- Excellent business communication skills, presentation skills, ability to work within large teams and learn new functionality and modules during project
- Should have prior experience of working in Onsite/Offshore model
- Should have knowledge of ERP implementation activities such as Business requirements & analysis, configuration, Conference Room pilot, Gap fit analysis, Application customization functional specifications, testing, data migration and or conversion
JDE Skills :
Having knowledge in :
- Project/Job master hierarchy, cost code structures for jobs.
- Understanding of Projects/ job budgets, Change Order Management.
- Track and manage the costs and revenues associated with projects and jobs.
- Understanding of job progress, Estimated Completion Costs, Projected final costs.
- Revenue Recognition process and record profit or loss at any point in a job.
- Ability to understand commitments, encumbrances
Job Closure process :
Knowledge in finance module & other cross functional modules will be added advantage
JDE Skills :
- Type of billing, such as time and material (T and M), lump sum, and unit price.
- Account for the costs related to T and M of goods and services.
- Mark up the costs to account for profit.
- Billing process as per the terms of a contract, work file process
- Billing of recurring fixed amounts, Billing limits.
- Generation of invoices for time and material (T and M) costs.
- Generation of invoices for Service Management transactions.
- Accounting for the costs of goods and services, invoicing.
- Knowledge in finance module & other cross functional modules will be added advantage
