Who you are:
- As Compensation Partner, you are responsible to provide tactical and execution support in driving IBM reward programs supporting a large business in India

What you will do:
- Provide critical consultation support across a gamut of compensation programmes and you are responsible for solutioning reward strategies impacting skill retention and skill fluidity
- Formulate conclusions and make recommendations to managers, supervisors, and team members related to all broad based compensation programs and policies
- Provide targeted, solution based consultative support to HRBPs and act as a reliable Compensation Partner focused on maximizing results while maintaining Compensation integrity and values
- High visibility role and shall be working with critical partners such as Business, HR and Finance Leaders
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of contemporary issues, practices, market intelligence, regulations, and systems applications within compensation and human resources
- Participate and facilitate business specific salary benchmark discussions of Jobs and Skills
- Challenge the validity of given procedures and processes to enhance and improve or develop complementary adjustments/solutions

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Minimum 8-12 years of relevant experience in compensation or consultation
- Experience in providing consultative solutions in rewards with proven business insight and deep technical skills across a broad spectrum of rewards
- Proficient in autonomous working skills and ability to consult partners and keep them informed while navigating complex decision-making scenarios
- Prior experience having worked in a complex technology business set-up and seen the design, benchmark and administer loop of various compensation interventions
- Proven high degree of analytical skills with knowledge of data analytics and manipulation tools such as SPSS and Excel
- Established track record of very high integrity and work ethic
Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
- Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to work
- Intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time management
- Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Up-to-date technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications
