IBM GBS is seeking professionals who have the capability to engage with clients across sectors in understanding current state scenarios, running business analysis and proposing digital and technical solutions to improve revenue goals.
As an Associate Partner-Digital Strategy you will be responsible for the solution, solution defense and delivery management of advisory work in the area of Digital Strategy for clients across industries in the India South Asia market.
What you'll do:
- Business Development: Developing and maintaining contact with top decision makers at key clients, organizing and leading pursuit teams, participating and leading aspects of the proposal development and defense process.
- Domain Development: Development of assets and methodologies, development of point-of-view, research or white papers, support development of marketing collateral, public speaking, and publication in industry periodicals.
- Project Delivery: Handling engagement risk, project economics including planning and budgeting, handling account receivables, defining deliverable content, ensuring agreement of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client.
- People Development: Performing the role of counselor and coach, providing input and guidance into the firms staffing process, and actively participates in staff recruitment and retention activities.

Required Expertise
- 12+ years of relevant experience in management consulting domain including domains like Business Model Articulation, business planning, EBITDA(Earnings Before Interest, process transformation and operating model development for enterprises and business functions.
- Should have experience in handling Sales Transformation for clients in India. Exposure to B2B2C industries and Automotive will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in analyzing, interpreting qualitative & quantitative information and deriving strategies, operational improvement, operating models and recommending forward-looking Digital environment to support client's business strategies
- Excellent written and verbal skills with an ability to communicate to all levels of an organization
- Travel is required (approx. 50%)
Preferred Expertise
- Postgraduate in management from Trier I institutes only
- At least 10 years of management consulting experience in India
