Who you are
The person will be part the Digital Strategy team of India in sell and deliver role. In this role, he will be working with top CXOs in India, developing and delivering compelling value proposition to the client in the digital space.
What you will do
- Lead digital strategy engagements within the India market and focus on building the business thorugh business and practice development activities
- Manage strategy engagements in areas such as digital strategy, process transformation, large scale business transformation
- Develop compelling value proposition, business case for digital transformation for clients
- Lead proposal development
- Lead presales meetings and other efforts
- Develop Point of Views on digital transformation and digital reinvention across multiple client segments
- Engage with CXOs on a regular basis as part of client delivery as well as proposal development
- Develop solution offerings
- Manage P&L for a portfolio of engagements within Digital Strategy Practise
Preferred Expertise
The candidate should have 13 - 18 years of relevant post MBA experience in areas such as:
- Working with leading Indian organizations to help them plan digital initiatives, improve process efficiencies, plan IT investments better in the digital space and manage large IT led business transformations.
- Strong understanding of digital business models from value proposition design through to execution models
- Strong exposure to design thinking approach to problem solving and ideation
- Strong understanding of digital trends in this space
- Understanding of digital technologies around mobile, customer platforms
- Deliver large transformation engagements in the digital strategy space
