1) Business development for the West and South region and handle a team of 14- 15 people that will consistently achieve / exceed growth targets.
2) Plan and build short-term and long-term supply for the region in conjunction with the business head. Responsible for supply growth in the region .
3) Contract Gocars as per target and market area, margins and best available market prices.
4) Ensure defined SLA (Service Level Agreements) to be made between Gocars, between Fulfilment & CST, also between Fulfilment & accounts for the smooth operations.
5) Identify newer and innovative ways to engage driver partners continuously
6) Conduct price & product benchmarking analysis on daily basis across the industry.
7) Audit on suppliers rates, support function and inventory allocation.
8) Manage inventory (allocations) & search results.
9) Generate Allocation consumption v/s committed report.
10) Ensure product quality / Inclusions are maintained as shown in the communications.
11) Making Consolidator Audit report on products & services on monthly basis.
12) Competition analysis every week.
13) Ensuring smooth function between supplier & fulfilment, accounts, Tech. team on integrating, redemption & delivering the product.
14) Maintain relationship on regular basis with relationship building exercise.
15) Contract with suppliers the product as per the product plan
16) Define inventory required for each product sub-category.
17) Prepare competition performance analysis and business report on monthly basis.
Performance Metrics
1) Research & introduction of new Gocars.
2) Negotiate & contract Gocars, with best desired margins, prices & deals
3) Effective functioning of SOP & SLA's
4) Training & development of CST & Fulfilment team on products.
5) Trouble shooting on issue with customer, tech team & fulfilment with product or supplier.
6) Margin maintenance of the contracted Gocars and make sure they are always available & display on our site
Educational Qualification
- MBA/Graduate
- Candidate from similar business/industry will be preferred
