AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY (AOR):
- Develop, build, and maintain strong relationships with key hotel partners
- Negotiations with hotel partners at the most competitive price, availability & quality
- Drive profitability for the business through margins, promotions and exclusive programs with hotel partners
- Drive key initiatives supporting the corporate key accounts team
- To work across cross functional teams (Product, Technology, Marketing etc) within the organization ensuring coherent efforts towards organization goals
- Responsible for gathering and actioning on in-market insights
- Rigorously monitor key performance metrics and drive overall market share
Desired Skills and Qualification :
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing with 0-3 years of experience in business development
- Able to join immediately
- Must demonstrate good Negotiation Skills, Creativity & Innovation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrate attention to detail
- Strong understanding of sales and service strategies, including a working knowledge of account and inventory/revenue management
- Able to work and thrive in a multi-tasked fast paced environment
- Professional work ethic
- High proficiency in MS Office tools (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Should be open to heavy travel including long periods at one go
