Asst. Manager - Banking Channel / Alliances
Job Role / Key Responsibilities:
- The incumbent would be responsible for a set of Banks / Cash Cards as assigned and develop and nurture a Sales Channel through these players.
- Thoroughly mapping the key executives in the Banks who are involved in the electronic payments unit, this could range from Business / IT / Key Branch teams.
- Relationship management would be very critical and the incumbent would be expected to build a strong recall for the PayU brand amongst the bank executives.
- The incumbent would liaise between the Bank and the sales team of PayU to pass on the leads such accrued and oversee the process till conversion.
- The incumbent would also be required to help in forging alliances with Banks & other payment partners thus building on the payment options offered by PayU to its Merchant partners.
Reporting & Interfaces:
- The incumbent would report into the Head of Alliances based out of Mumbai
Interface:
- Internal: Mainly the regional sales teams & other functional teams based in the Gurgaon HO of PayU India/
- External: Key stakeholders of the Bank DMU - PG team / Net Banking Teams / Alternate Channel Team / IT Team / Branch Team / Vertical Functional Units like Government / Retail etc.
Requirement:
- 3-6 Years of experience
- PGDM/MBA from a reputed institute
- Incumbents having experience in selling Payment Gateway solutions or currently in a role which requires liaising with Banks in their region would have an edge.
- Candidate with excellent relationship management skills, CRM etc. would be preferred.
