Role

Are you a dedicated Product Manager with a robust technical background and a passion for technology? Do you enjoy exploring new technologies and staying current with AI advancements? Join our innovative team to shape product strategy, oversee the product life cycle, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding products.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop a deep understanding of the customer problems

- Define and advocate for domain area vision and strategy

- Drive day-to-day product management, including cross-functional coordination with our Design, Program Management, and Engineering team to see new features through from concept, to delivery, to production

- Build compelling cases, user stories and product requirements

- Monitor and analyze product usage data to identify areas for improvement

- Make data-driven decisions to optimize product performance

- Demonstrate customer empathy every day

Required Candidate Profile:

- Strong aptitude and understanding of technology.

- Master's degree in business administration from IIM.

- Prior experience in Product Management in ed-tech, SAAS or tech product companies. Preferably, at least 2 years of software development experience and 1+ years of product management experience.

- Ability to team with and influence people at all levels across functions

- Excellent presentation and client-facing skills

- An instinct for creating simple and intuitive user experiences

- Ability to utilize user insights, data, and statistical analyses to inform decisions

- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, quick thinker, and a self-starter
